Registration guidelines
We have a limited number of participants at our events, so the reservation of participant places takes place in the order of the registrations. If you do not show up on the first course date, we can assign your place to another interested party. The registration deadline is 7 days before the start of the event. If there are free places, registration is also possible after this period. Not only written registrations, but also verbal registrations by phone and registrations by email are legally binding for the applicant.
Covid-19 Regulations
We want to enable all participants to take part in our courses, but the maximum number of places is based on the applicable Covid-19 regulations. Should these be changed or tighten, we might have to reduce the maximum number of participants. Depending on the order in which the registrations are received, we can withdraw confirmed reservations. We would be happy to advise you on possible alternative dates!
Terms of payment
Please transfer the participation fee immediately after receiving the invoice. The participation fees are VAT free and tax deductible according to the Value Added Tax Act 1994. If payment deadlines are missed, we reserve the right, apart from the possibility of legal assertion, to assert our claims out of court through a lawyer or a debt collection agency. We are entitled to invoice the necessary and reasonable costs for appropriate legal prosecution.
Cancellation fee
If you are unable to attend, a written cancellation is required. This is free of charge up to two weeks before the start of the event. After this period, a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the participation fee will be charged, and if you do not appear, the full participation fee will be charged. The nomination of a substitute participant is possible.
Right of withdrawal
If an event is booked at a distance, in particular by phone, e-mail or Internet (online via the homepage), the participant as a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) has a statutory right of withdrawal within the meaning of the long-distance and Foreign Trade Act (FAGG) within 14 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract. This does not apply to events that start within these 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal deadline is deemed to have been met if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline. You can therefore withdraw from the contract declaration within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons by sending a written declaration of withdrawal (e.g. an e-mail). If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount, which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided.
Participant confirmations
are only issued if you were present for 75 percent of the whole event.
Scripts & working documents
For all of our events, participants have access to scripts or learning materials, which are included in the event fee and given out at the beginning of the event. If it is not possible to provide the documents at the beginning of the event, for example by booking at short notice, this will be made up at the earliest possible time. If there are problems with the delivery of documents that have been sent, something due to the notification of an incorrect address, do not hesitate to contact us immidiately.
Recordings
It is prohibited to make pictures, videos or sound recordings of the learning material, of the lectures or of people during the events.
